I’m Aishwarya Aradhya - an HR professional by practice, and a curious observer by instinct.
My work is about people: how they grow, what helps them belong, and the thoughtful systems that make good organisations possible.
Outside of work, I read, write, travel when I can, and collect the small observations that usually disappear between one busy day and the next.
This website holds both parts of my life without asking them to compete. It is a professional record, a visual diary, and a place for thoughts still taking shape.
