My experience in HR spans different business environments, from early-stage startups to working with established leadership teams. Much of my work has involved understanding business needs, working through people challenges, and helping shape the practices that support teams as organisations evolve. I’m particularly interested in the relationship between how a business operates, how its people experience it, and how both can grow together.

Working across people strategy, employee experience, and HR partnership for the APAC region, with a focus on supporting business leaders, strengthening people practices, and helping teams navigate organisational needs. The role brings together leadership partnership, employee relations, culture, and the development of people processes that support both employees and the business.

Partnered with senior leadership on people strategy, organisational culture, and employee experience. The work spanned performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and leadership decision-making, with a focus on using employee feedback and people data to identify priorities and shape meaningful initiatives.

Worked at the intersection of people and business in an early-stage organisation, helping establish the people practices needed to support its growth. Alongside building foundational HR processes, the role involved cross-functional collaboration on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business priorities.

Worked closely with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, and change management. The role also covered talent strategy, compensation insights, and employer branding, connecting workforce needs with hiring priorities and broader organisational goals.

Focused on global talent acquisition, working with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies across technical and non-technical roles. The experience also involved building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, and gaining a deeper understanding of talent markets and evolving workforce requirements.
